What candidates usually ask
What is the first step in the Arcadia hiring process?
Complete the Application for Employment form online. This is required for all roles: PSW, RN/RPN, and Rehabilitation Support Worker. It is Step 1 before any role-specific assessment.
Do I need to complete a skills assessment?
Yes. PSW candidates complete the PSW Skills Assessment. RN and RPN candidates complete the Nurse Skills Assessment. Choose only one assessment based on the role you are applying for.
What documents should I upload with my application?
Upload your certifications, registration documents, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and any other required credentials in Step 3. Ensure files are legible and current to avoid delays.
